AlteString is a multifunctional text conversion and transformation tool. It provides a few predefined transformation methods which alters the text in a specific way. This includes for example ROT13 encoding and decoding and some other methods. Using AlteString is very easy: you simply specify text you wish to transform, adjust few options and perform the operation. Resulted text can be immediately saved to file or used in any other way.
