Site Refiner is the utility designed for so-called "refining" local Web Sites before upload them to a Web Server. Often after uploading a site the following problem appears: during accessing uploaded site by any web browser, some images and links are become invalid, "bad". General reason of this problem is that the most web servers make distinguish between lower and upper symbol cases in file names, while operation system in which this site has been designed (such as MS Windows) interprets all cases equally.
