Safe&Sound helps any PC user control what runs on their PC. It prevents software from running without your permission

including Malware, Spyware, Adware, Trojans, Worms and Keyboard Loggers. Frequently, these unwanted programs sneak under the radar without the user's permission or realization that they are even there. Safe&Sound monitors and verifies all programs in memory as well as those located on the PC. It then compares them to a list of trusted (good programs), untrusted (bad programs) and unrecognized programs. Trusted programs are allowed to run. Untrusted programs are stopped dead in their tracks. Unrecognized programs attempting to run are halted until the user approves them. Safe & Sound protects you in real time.

Constantly worrying if they are infected and continually scanning using typical spyware scanners, but the problem is typical spyware scanners only work when you have been infected. Safe & Sound guards against any foreign program from invading your PC before you get exposed. Using specific Program Rules Safe & Sound checks each program against an extensive database of known good and bad programs and during the initial setup Safe and Sound builds the user their own specific Program Rules based on installed software.

Automatic database updates allow the user to keep their program rules up to date. With continual updates being sent to Safe & Sound users are assured to be automatically blocking known threats as they appear.
