Shooting Star is the intelligent auction management system. It uses a workflow system to efficiently move your
auctions from start to finish. It reduces the time and effort required to manage eBay transactions, and lets you concentrate on providing good service and timely communications to your trading partners. Using a workflow model, Shooting Star makes it easy to track the information for the items that you're buying and selling, and to determine what steps are needed to achieve successful auction results.
For sellers, Shooting Star tracks when your items are listed on eBay. When the auction is complete, Shooting Star presents you with all of the options available at every stage, including waiting for the buyer's response, waiting for payment, waiting for the check to clear the bank, shipping the item, and waiting for feedback from the buyer. Shooting Star's workflow model even handles the choices available for those rare times when the auction goes awry, including canceled auctions and non-responsive buyers.
For buyers, Shooting Star tracks bidding, waiting for the seller's response, sending payment, waiting for the item to arrive, and managing feedback. Whether you're selling or buying, Shooting Star's automatic downloading of information directly from eBay ensures accuracy and minimizes the workload.
Using Shooting Star's grid view, you can see the status of all of your transactions. There are intuitive, color-coded selling and buying indicators, as well as columns that list the item ID, description, bid amount, the stage of the transaction, and all relevant dates. You can examine any item in detail, and view its entire history.
