You can compile your source code files and projects directly from the IDE, or by using the built-in command prompt.

Smart Editor IDE has many features, like integrated Project Manager, Language Toolboxes, Code Library, Script Manager, Command Prompt, Web Browser, File Finder, Programming helpers etc . Integrated tools include Picture Viewer, File Browser, etc. Also, If-Else Notepad 1.1 (a syntax highlighting notepad-like editor) and Smart Hex-Editor are free with this version of Smart Editor Professional.

Smart Editor Professional, by default, supports almost all widely used languages, including C#, VB.NET C, C++, Basic variants, Java, Pascal, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Perl, JavaScript, Delphi, PHP, SE Script etc. Certainly, you can add your own (or download from web) programming language definitions. You may design your HTML pages directly from Smart Editor Pro- in the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) way. This makes HTML designing quick and easy.
